Import Duties, Customs Fees, Local Sales Taxes
Please be aware that all international orders, regardless of shipping method, may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the prices listed on our website. You are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes charged by the country you are shipping to.
We work hard to deliver your order efficiently in 72 hours (on working days). However, please note that during product launches, promotional periods, and special days, delivery times might vary, and being longer than usual. We will send you an email as soon as your order has been emitted and a you will receive a message from our courier with the estimated date of delivery and tracking details. Please note that on weekends and bank holidays, the shipping will be arranged on the following working day. If you place your order on business days before 12pm CET, you might receive it on the following business day. Otherwise, the delivery time will increase by 1 day.

Does WASHABRUSH accept product returns?
Yes, we do! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery and the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We only accept returns or exchanges on non-sale items purchased at washabrush.com. As soon as we receive your products, we will check their condition and contact you to proceed with the refund. Washabrush will refund you the full amount of the products received, but not the shipping costs of the original order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Send us an email to email@example.com with the details of your order and we will tell you how to proceed.
How long will it take until my refund is processed?
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-4 business days for your return to be processed and then up to 5-7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. You will receive an email when our team has processed your refund.
What happens if the product is defective or does not match the description?
We give you full warranty! We will take charge of the whole process in a very easy way and without any cost for you so that you continue loving us very much. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org the details of your order so that we can solve it very quickly.
